JigJoy Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use JigJoy (the "Game") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to the Game, in-game support channels, and any related websites or online services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by the JigJoy Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please stop downloading, installing, or using the Services.
1. Scope of the Current Version
The core puzzle gameplay can run offline. Level progress, settings, and some gameplay records are primarily stored on your device. You do not currently need to register or sign in to use the core gameplay.
When your device is online, the Game automatically creates a device-based session (no registration is required), downloads level pictures, verifies in-app purchases, uploads analytics events, and shows cross-promotion advertisements. We process related information only when the relevant capability is actually used.
The Game shows advertisements for other apps published by us or our affiliates ("cross-promotion ads"). These ads are delivered from our own servers; no third-party advertising network SDK is integrated, and ads are not personalized using your activity in other apps or websites. We use AppsFlyer for install attribution and Firebase Analytics (Google) for usage analytics. On iOS, the Game asks for your permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used; on Android, the Google Advertising ID may be used by the attribution service. Details are in Sections 2.2, 2.4, and 2.5.
2. Information We Process
2.1 Information You Provide
When you contact support, you may provide your name, email address, issue description, screenshots, device information, or other information you choose to share to help us resolve the issue. Please do not include full payment card numbers, payment passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for support.
If a future version offers optional account or profile features, we may process the account identifier, nickname, or email address that you submit for those features. The collection screen will identify required information.
2.2 Device and Technical Information
When the Game is online, we and our service providers may automatically receive:
- A device identifier used to sign you in automatically without registration and to keep your purchases and entitlements attached to this device. On Android this is the Android ID assigned by the operating system; on iOS it is an identifier generated for the Game and stored in the system keychain, which persists across reinstalls. If neither is available, the Game generates a random identifier. Deleting the Game does not by itself delete this identifier on iOS; see Section 5.
- Advertising identifiers used by the attribution service: the Apple IDFA (only if you grant permission in the App Tracking Transparency prompt), the Apple identifier for vendors (IDFV), and the Google Advertising ID on Android. You can reset, limit, or delete these identifiers in your device settings.
- Device type, operating system and version, app version and build number, language, time zone, and network status.
- IP address, request time, request identifiers, and basic error diagnostics. The Game does not integrate a crash-reporting SDK.
- Records of your interaction with the Services, such as screen views, level starts and completions, booster use, ad impressions and clicks, and purchase results.
We use this information to provide Services, download or synchronize level resources, maintain security, diagnose failures, improve performance, and prevent abuse. Board state and progress created by core gameplay remain on your device unless you use a feature that expressly requires networking.
2.3 In-App Purchase Information
The Game may offer consumable products, non-consumable products, and auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (the "App Stores"). To create orders, verify transactions, grant or restore entitlements, and prevent fraud, we may process product IDs, order IDs, transaction IDs, purchase status, currency and amount, store receipts or signatures, verification credentials, and related technical information.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number, bank password, payment verification code, or App Store account password. The applicable App Store handles payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not use purchase credentials or full receipts for advertising targeting. Where analytics is enabled, credentials, tokens, and other sensitive fields are redacted.
2.4 Analytics and Diagnostics
We record app opens, foreground and background transitions, screen views, level starts and completions, booster use, ad impressions, clicks and rewards, purchase and restore results, and technical events such as startup task results and request failures. Each event carries the device identifier, app version, platform, operating system version, language, membership status, and the attribution channel from Section 2.5. This helps us understand use, improve stability, balance difficulty, and investigate payment issues. Analytics events do not include payment credentials, passwords, tokens, or support content that you enter; error descriptions are truncated and sensitive fields are redacted before upload.
Events are sent to our own analytics servers and to Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics may collect the identifiers and device information described in Section 2.2 and processes them under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Development builds log locally only.
2.5 Cross-Promotion Advertising and Attribution
Cross-promotion ads. The Game displays banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded-video advertisements for other apps published by us or our affiliates. Ad content is selected by our servers based on the Game's app identifier, platform, language, and placement, not on your activity in other apps or websites. When an ad is shown, clicked, closed, or a rewarded video is completed, we record an event containing the ad, product, and creative identifiers, the placement, and your device identifier so that we can measure performance and grant the in-game reward. Tapping an ad opens the relevant App Store or Google Play page. Users who purchase the Remove Ads pack do not see banner or interstitial ads; rewarded videos remain available as an optional way to earn boosters.
Attribution. We use AppsFlyer, a service provided by AppsFlyer Ltd., to determine which marketing campaign or channel led you to install the Game and to measure installs and in-app purchase events. AppsFlyer may receive your advertising identifiers (Section 2.2), IP address, device and app information, and event timestamps, and processes them under its privacy policy (https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/). On iOS, the Game asks for permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, the IDFA is not used and attribution relies only on the signals Apple permits. You can limit tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or reset or delete your Google Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
3. How We Use Information
We may process information to:
- Provide, maintain, update, and secure the Game and Services.
- Complete orders, verify purchases, grant or restore digital entitlements, and handle subscription support.
- Respond to questions, send service notices, and handle complaints.
- Diagnose errors, measure performance, improve gameplay, and prevent fraud, cheating, or other abuse.
- Show cross-promotion advertisements, grant rewards for watching rewarded videos, and measure ad performance.
- Measure which marketing campaigns lead to installs and purchases (attribution).
- Comply with laws, court orders, and regulatory requirements, or establish and protect legal rights.
Depending on the applicable law, our legal bases may include performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate interests, or obtaining your consent where required. You may withdraw consent for non-essential analytics or marketing communications. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and does not disable core offline gameplay.
4. Sharing and International Transfers
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information that is necessary for the purposes in this Policy to:
- App Stores and payment providers: to process payments, refunds, subscriptions, receipts, and transaction verification.
- Network, cloud storage, and support providers: to host interfaces, level resources, logs, and support tickets under confidentiality and security obligations.
- Analytics and attribution providers: Google LLC (Firebase Analytics) and AppsFlyer Ltd. receive the event data and identifiers described in Sections 2.2, 2.4, and 2.5.
- Our affiliates: cross-promotion ads promote apps published by us or our affiliates; ad performance data is shared within our group for measurement only.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or transaction parties: as needed for restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- Authorities and other parties: when required by law, necessary to protect safety, or necessary to enforce the Terms of Service.
Recipients may be located outside your country or region. When information is transferred internationally, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards required by applicable law and transfer only information necessary for the relevant purpose.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local progress and settings are controlled by you and may be removed by uninstalling the Game or using your operating system's app-data deletion function, subject to device backup settings. On iOS the device identifier described in Section 2.2 is stored in the system keychain and may survive reinstalling the Game; contact us if you want it and the associated server-side session removed. Server-side session, order, verification, and security records are retained for as long as needed to provide Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics, advertising, and attribution data are retained by us and our providers for as long as needed for measurement and are then deleted or de-identified.
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete, anonymize, or isolate it in accordance with our retention rules and applicable law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encryption in transit, log redaction, least-privilege access, and vendor management. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Download the Game from official App Stores and protect your device and account.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information; request portability; withdraw consent; or complain to a supervisory authority. You may submit a request using the contact details at the end of this Policy. We may verify your identity and may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law.
8. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law sets a higher minimum age, that age applies. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required, and the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use of the Game and in-app purchases. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take legally required steps to delete it.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The mobile core gameplay does not depend on cookies. Our websites or support pages may use necessary cookies, logs, or similar technologies to maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, and measure visits. You can manage these technologies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary technologies may affect page functionality.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our Services, legal obligations, or data practices change. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Game, a website notice, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update becomes effective means that you have reviewed the updated Policy. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
